Konsidr is an advisory practice focused on helping leaders think more clearly about growth, innovation, and product decisions. We work with founders and senior teams as a thinking partner bringing operator experience, outside perspective, and structured judgment to moments where the path forward isn’t obvious.
Most of my work happens upstream of execution: clarifying what problem actually needs solving, pressure-testing assumptions, and helping teams sequence decisions so they don’t move fast in the wrong direction. Engagements are typically short sprints over a long term relationship, focused, and tailored to the situation, rather than built around a fixed methodology.
WORKING APPROACH
My work is primarily advisory, focused on helping leaders frame decisions, surface assumptions, and bring structure to ambiguous situations before teams commit time, capital, and momentum.
I don’t follow a fixed methodology. Each engagement is shaped by the specific context, constraints, and questions at hand. The emphasis is on improving decision quality and sequencing—so action is grounded in clarity, not urgency.
When useful, I can step closer to execution by helping teams translate decisions into clear direction, align stakeholders, and stay focused as work begins. I don’t operate as a delivery team, but I do stay engaged where it materially improves outcomes and ensures the thinking holds up in practice.
